Pickleball Thursdays

Join us for Thursday Pickleball at the OC 18th Street Pickleball Courts for some social play between OCYC members. 

(If the OCYC player is not a member of OC Pickleball, there’s a $5 fee to play.) 

Play: 5pm - 6:30pm 18th Street Courts

BYOF: 6:30 OCYC

No partner is needed as we will rotate around but please bring your own paddle and ball.  

After Pickleball, we will head to OCYC for a BYOF gathering.

This is open play event - it’s not a Learn to Play / Lesson kind of event.  Players should have Pickleball experience and feel comfortable playing games with each other.  Depending on the skill level of attendees, we may group like-leveled players together so that we all feel comfortable and have fun.  (For beginners, OC Rec Department does offer learn to play clinics during the summer for those interested in learning.)  If you haven’t played but are curious about it, feel free to come and watch and / or join us back at the club after 6:30.

Go to the calendar and you will see the dates we’ve earmarked for Thursday play.  Please sign up so we know how many courts we will try to secure (no reserving courts but we will do our best to get courts together.)
